Viewings. Your agent should be prepared to book appointments that are suitable with you, keep you informed of activity and make escorted viewings if you are unavailable. They should also provide viewing feedback

Offers. Make sure that your agent checks out the buyer before any offer is confirmed. You need to know if the buyer has a house to sell, if there is a chain and if a buyer has the necessary finance

Legal representation - if you haven’t already you need to get someone to complete all the conveyancing requirements. Ask us, we can help
